We apologise for the delay in your online orders getting to you. 

We have been in regular contact with our local team at the Post Office. They have explained to us that naturally, due to the time of year the sorting offices are experiencing a large amount of post. Unfortunately, Royal Mail strike action has only added to the difficulties for them.

Additionally, this year Royal Mail are unable to hire temporary or agency staff to assist with the high volumes of post during the festive period, due to the continued dispute over paying conditions. 

These factors combined are causing disruptions to postal services. We ask for your patience and understanding with Royal Mail staff and ourselves. 

We advise buying sooner rather than later to avoid these issues. We would also recommend you buy more than usual to see you through the festive period.

Please be advised, Royal Mail’s national strike action will be on the following dates:
