Festive Period Delays

Over the festive period (December and January) the Royal Mail service usually experiences many delays in shipping and deliveries. We ask that you be patient with our colleagues and the team at Royal Mail. Please visit this link for Royal Mails suggested last postal days for your packages to arrive before Christmas.

Our suggested last day for shipping for your order to arrive with you before Christmas and New Year is Thursday 14th December.

Please allow for extra time over December and January for your orders to possibly experience delays. During this time we have extended our policy from 12 days to 24 days for your order to arrive. Any orders that do not arrive within these 24 days will be considered lost.

Orders will not be processed from 23/12/2023 - 28/12/2023 and 30/12/2023 - 02/01/2024.

Order processing will resume as normal from 03/01/2024.
