Changed your mind?

We offer a standard 14-day long distance refund as long as the items are in new condition and has not been opened. 

Due to Health and Hygiene Regulations, e-liquids are non-refundable. 

We will accept faulty batteries up to 3 months, in line with Scottish laws. 

Tanks and coils have a standard 48-hour dead on arrival policy. If you have a problem with your tank or coil, please contact us immediately.

We do not refund shipping fees. 

It is up to the customer to pay for shipping to return their order. 

Once your order has arrived with us, we will refund your order. This can take several days depending on your bank. 

Want to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order until the point it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you must wait until your order has arrived and follow the return procedure.
