Festive Period

Royal Mail Recommended Final Date: 19th December 2025

Shipping: We will be operating as normal until 23rd of December. Due to the low quantities of online orders, and ensuring our staff have time with their families over the festive period, orders will be processed on the days following: 29th and 30th December. We will return to regular operating hours on 5th January.

For customers local to a Scotvapes store – our stores will operate as normal, except the following: 24th – 4pm close, 25th – closed, 26th – closed, 27th to 30th – regular hours, 31st – 4pm close, 1st – closed, 2nd – closed, 3rd return to regular operating hours.

Delivery: Due to the increased seasonal strain on Royal Mail and the potential delays across the network, we highly advise ordering early and considering larger or additional orders to ensure you have enough stock to last throughout the festive period.

Over December and January we allow up to 24 days for the order to be delivered because of the increased pressure on Royal Mail during this busy period. We apologise for any delays and any issues caused by this additional allowance in delivery. If your order is important it needs to get to you quickly, we offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery option which is trackable to you.

Shipping 

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. This ensures all orders can be dispatched to Royal Mail on the same working day. Orders made after these times will be dispatched on the next working day, e.g. orders made on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow up to 12 days for your order to arrive. Any orders that do not arrive within these 12 days will be considered lost. Scotvapes cannot send items outside of the UK. Orders with an address outside of the UK will automatically be cancelled. 

Delivery 

Scotvapes ships online orders with Royal Mail.

We have 2 shipping options: Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked).

We recommend for customers to use Special Delivery with orders that include kits or large basket totals. If you experience issues with Royal Mail delivering to your address, we suggest using Special Delivery as it is fully trackable. 

Special Delivery: fully tracked, reference will be provided via email once shipped.

We provide shipping to Military posts. Regular 12-day grace period is not included for Military shipping. We won’t be responsible for missing orders.

Cancellations 

The buyer should inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If there is any problem/damage or the product breaches our contract, then the Buyer needs to notify Scotvapes within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Failure to do so means the buyer has agreed to accept the product.
